By accessing or using BulkAPIs ("the Service"), operated by Pedersen LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BulkAPIs provides API-based social media automation tools including direct messaging, post scheduling, analytics, and account management for supported platforms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; send spam or unsolicited messages; harass, abuse, or harm others; circumvent rate limits or platform policies; distribute malware or harmful content; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
The Service enforces rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled requests or temporary suspension. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with the terms of connected third-party platforms (e.g., X/Twitter).
Paid plans are billed annually. Add-ons are billed monthly. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service connects to third-party platforms via their APIs. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, terms, or availability. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
We encrypt sensitive data (OAuth tokens) using AES-256-GCM. We do not sell your data. We retain usage logs for billing and debugging purposes. You may request data deletion by contacting support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedersen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
